SHIPPING How Will My Order Ship? Unless otherwise noted our products will ship via UPS. UPS Ground generally takes 1-6 business days to arrive. Because of the weight of these items other methods are currently not available. Most orders ship within 1 business day. When your order ships we notify you via email. We encourage you to track your package online to make sure everything is on schedule.
UPS does not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.
If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship TOKEN Slot Machines to the following states due to local and state laws: LA, MT or CO. We can sell COINLESS slot machines to these states. Please see the Coinless Slot Machine category.
RETURNS You can return an item for a refund if the item has been unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective product. Initial cost of shipping for FREE Shipping promotion will not be refunded back to customer if product is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and method. All returns require you to email or call us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number and further return instructions.
PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. SAVE ALL SHIPPPING BOXES & PACKAGING.
Please include your RA # on the return shipping label only and do not write it on the product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number.
Custom ordered product can not be returned unless damaged or defective and only then can it be returned directly to the manufacture.
Manufacturers Warranty: With each machine we offer a 2 year warranty that covers everything on the machine except the light bulbs. This warranty does not cover any damaged that comes from fire, water, lightning, dropping the machine or any other acts of nature. Please note that the warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless special arrangements are made at the time of purchase and noted at the time of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase, the manual and the box and high density foam for each machine. These machines need to packaged properly in order to be shipped. If in the very unlikely event that your machine ever needs to come back to us, if it is not packaged correctly, the machine will be damaged and then we will not be held responsible for replacing the machine. This is why you must keep our original packing. The 2 year warranty covers all aspects of the machine excluding the light bulbs. We do not cover the bulbs but always have them for sale. These machines are very durable and meant for heavy casino use, so with proper use they should last a lifetime.
If a product is received defective or fails for any reason within 2 years of purchase, contact the manufacture. All this information will be included with your purchase.
Damaged Product
If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. A few of our manufacturers only make home deliveries that are curbside - meaning the driver will not carry that package inside your home. In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on his delivery slip and get a copy - or refuse delivery. In all such damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify the Slot-MachineShop.com within 3 business days by phone or email.
